Download Noel
The current release of Noel is 0.9.2. It is fairly stable. (I am using it
on Worldisround.) However, I do not
guarantee that I won't make some fundamental changes in the next couple months,
which is why I resisted calling this version 1.0.
The features that are most likely to change are: relative vs. absolute paths,
file matching in project trees, local variable encapsulation,
the <Page> tag, and the <Include> tag.
Noel requires Java 2 Standard Edition
version 1.4.0 or later.
