Noel Comments
Noel supports and properly ignores HTML/XML comments of the format <!-- ... -->.
In addition, Noel provides an exclusion comment delimiter that can be used
to completely ignore blocks of text from Noel templates. Content within
<!!-- ... --> is neither parsed by Noel nor forwarded to Noel's output.
Use this construct to disable Noel tags, embed documentation in your Noel
templates, and to shrink output HTML by excluding comments from the output.
